On behalf of Eastern Social Welfare Society (ESWS), Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, Inc. would to congratulate ESWS on 30 years of finding permanency for Korean children. In celebration, ESWS is asking agencies to help spread the word and reach all Korean adoptees and adoptive families about a very special project. The attached letter details ESWS' project.
